If you’ve found your way here, I’m guessing your plate is overflowing — maybe with emails, digital clutter, or tasks that always fall to the bottom of your list. Whatever it is, it’s pulling energy away from the things that matter most.
Here’s the good news: you don’t have to keep doing it all alone. Just being here means you’re ready to find support — and that’s already a big step forward.
I’m Viv 👋🏻 — a Virtual Assistant with 7+ years of experience helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives bring order to the chaos. Living with ADHD and bipolar disorder, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be when systems don’t fit the way your brain works.
That’s why I take an async-first approach: no wasted calls, just clear written updates, flexible systems, and reliable behind-the-scenes support. My job is simple — to make your workday lighter, calmer, and easier, so you can focus on what really matters.

I’m a Virtual Assistant with over 7 years of experience helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives cut through overwhelm and find clarity. Over time, I’ve seen how even the most capable people can get buried under endless admin, repetitive tasks, and digital clutter – and how freeing it feels when someone finally lifts that weight.
As someone with ADHD, I know firsthand how hard it can be to stay on top of everything when your brain doesn’t always follow the rules. Living as a neurodivergent professional has given me a unique perspective: what can look like chaos on the outside can be reshaped into systems that actually work.
That’s why I work asynchronously and independently. No endless calls, no wasted meetings – just clear written updates, organized systems, and steady support in the background. Clients often tell me it’s a relief to know things are handled without losing more hours to “quick check-ins.”
What keeps me going is the fulfillment I find in small but meaningful wins: an inbox that finally makes sense, a content calendar that feels manageable, or a study system that sticks. These are little shifts that add up to more time, less stress, and space for what really matters.
If you’re looking for support that’s calm, consistent, and built around your working style, I’d love to help.
